Step one: the build
Pick the size that fits.
One page, five pages or something completely bespoke. Every option is built properly and belongs to you.
No VAT. Every build includes revisions, a snag window and six months of fault cover. The exact cover for each package is in the terms.
Your domain is passed on at cost. It's registered in your name and bought for exactly what the registrar charges me, with nothing added on top, and I'll show you the receipt. The first year is in the build price; after that the registrar bills you direct.
Every build comes with the bits that matter.
Step two: the look-after (optional)

Your site works without a plan. You own the van and Care is just the mechanic: it only pays for my time when you want something changed.
All plans are monthly by Direct Debit and cancel any time. Your first month of Care+ is free, and I ask before any payment begins. Hosting stays free either way. Payments have the Direct Debit Guarantee.
Small changes to existing text, photos or prices are included. If it turns into messaging most days, a redesign or something new, I quote it first.

Put certificates, registration numbers and official links in one place. Once an expiry date passes, that badge takes itself off the page.
Your tickets are yours to keep current. I diary the expiry dates and email you 30 days before one's due, plan or no plan, but that's me being helpful rather than a safety net: if one lapses, sorting it is still your job.
