I started Binge Built because I was sick of watching good tradespeople get stitched up.
My dad's a self-employed chimney sweep. I grew up watching him do the books at the kitchen table after a twelve-hour day, so I know what a website costs a trade in the time it hasn't got. That's his trade on the work page, as it happens. I'm not a tradesman myself, but I know who I'm building for.
You know the story. You pay a fortune to "go online", you get a website you don't really understand, and the minute you stop paying, it vanishes. You never owned it. You were renting it. And good luck getting hold of anyone when you need a phone number changed.
That's not how I'd want to be treated, so it's not how I treat anyone. I build you a fast, tidy website that Google can actually find, I register the domain in your name, and I stay on the end of a message. If you ever want to walk, you take the lot with you: no exit fee, no notice, no drama.
I'm not an agency and I'm never going to pretend to be one. I don't do jargon, and I won't promise you "page one of Google" because nobody honest can. What I can promise is straight talk, proper work, and a website that brings the work in, one grafter to another.
Home is West Sussex, but I work with businesses all over the UK. Everything happens by phone and email, and honestly, it works a treat: you'll never feel like I'm far away.
James
